Technical support

We’re rightly proud of our technical support team at Askia and they’re there to help pass on their expertise directly to you the customer.
So, let’s say you have a problem of some sort. For example, there’s a type of functionality which doesn’t give you the desired outcome. Or perhaps there’s something you can’t work out how to do. All you have to do is to contact the technical support team.
You can do this by emailing us at support@askia.com. This makes sure that all of the technical support technicians in each of the Askia locations will be made aware of the issue and the best person for the job will be assigned to reply to you as quickly as possible. You can also get technical assistance by calling your support contact at the Askia office in your region.
