It’s imperative that you protect your investment by understanding how to use our software properly. So, whether you’re new to Askia and looking for some initial guidance or an old hand simply in need of a refresher, we offer customized training sessions designed to get you up and running in no time at all.
To enable us to do the best job possible, we’ll need some basic information from you. For example, which product(s) do you need help with, exactly how many people need training and what is the approximate level of expertise amongst them? We generally don’t give training to groups of more than 6 as we feel that larger groups tend to diminish the effectiveness. We’re also likely to want to find out if there are any specific areas where you need help and what types of tasks you need to carry out. Once we have all of the information we need, we’ll give you our recommendations with no obligation on your part.
We’re completely flexible with regards to location. Training can be either be done at your own premises or, alternatively, at your local Askia office. We are also able to offer you the convenience of web-based training via our Webex driven web presentation system.
