  • Coding Askia data in Silverlight

    Both quota management and appointments are being completely redesigned to add more functionality and flexibility. Furthermore, James Courtier is using the new Microsoft development environment called Silverlight to design a coding tool for askiafield. This great little application is currently in beta testing and will be available soon.

    We would like to remind you of some key functionality relating to our predictive dialing algorithms. Next to the traditional group based dialling, we also offer agent based predictive dialling. This means that all parameters are calculated on a per-agent base, which is ideal in the case of campaigns with significant differences in performance between telephone operators. This can be, for example, a large and lengthy survey. The traditional group based algorithm is best suited to high volume campaigns where personal contact between agent & customer is less important.
