Due to growth in North America, an immediate opportunity exists in our New York office for an enthusiastic individual to join our dynamic team as a Technical Support Executive.
The primary duties of this position will be:
- To learn and master our extensive range of market research software tools which include products for questionnaire design, data collection for CATI, CAPI & Web surveys as well as data analysis software
- To assist customers with technical queries by phone, email and in person
- To create and design custom online surveys
- To provide customers with both remote and on-site training
- To provide pre-sales support
- To liaise with Askia personnel in each of our office locations
