askiavoice has powerful features for both interviewers and supervisors for optimisation of your telephone room. We provide full sample and quota management, so the supervisor can monitor progress of the survey, the interviewers, and even carry out performance checks. Even complex quota rules can be checked and updated at run time.

Interviewers use askiavoice's call outcome menu. They can make ring-back appointments - even half way through an interview, check on a respondent's details or transfer the call to someone else.

askiavoice features automatic dialling - the system dials the telephone numbers and only connects interviewers with successful calls. Other calls, such as "no answer" or "busy" are managed automatically and re-dialled according to the rules you set.

Calls can be in or outbound, or a mixture of the two. And with askiavoice you can monitor the call traffic in the interview room, where there can be different surveys being carried out simultaneously monitored by as many supervisors that you may need.
