askiavoice is our CATI software solution. It has been designed to manage and optimise large market research call-centres – with the added flexibility to have some or all of your agents working remotely. askiavoice helps you stay in control. - Flexibility: askiavoice enables you to easily deploy in-house or remote agents and supervisors, including the option for automatic dialling with CTArchitect.
- Supervisor controls: Supervisors have complete visibility and control over sample and quotas (no matter how complex the rules are).
- Agent tools: interviewers can easily organise call back appointments (even half way through an interview), check on a respondent's details, set importance ratings or move to other interview groups.
- Call types: calls can be in- or out-bound, or a mixture of the two. Call traffic can be monitored to enable different surveys to be carried out simultaneously and monitored by as many supervisors as needed.
